Katie – Project Manager We are the first point of contact for the majority of our customers and so we strive to ensure that each enquiry is handled correctly. It is important to all of us here at Translate UK that customers are confident that their query is being treated as a priority.

Natalie – Project Manager Much of my work involves speaking to clients over the telephone and discussing their queries. If we are unable to assist for any reason, we will ensure the caller is aware that their enquiry will be passed on to the relevant department efficiently and promptly.
